Gravitacja entertainment centre enters Wielkopolska and Posnania

Interview with Michał Świerz, founder of Gravitacja Gravitacja Entertainment Centre attracts considerable interest in Katowice and Jaworzno, so why did you choose Wielkopolska and Posnania this time? “Poznań is the capital of Wielkopolska and a very large student centre, a city which combines business and culture, creating excellent conditions for development, recreation and entertainment for its inhabitants. The location and its character is also very important. Posnania itself will be an original centre, most likely bringing together the most fashionable brands available on our market. This will make it a top location for residents, not only for shopping, but also for recreation and entertainment, which today are the biggest attraction.” What attractions may Posnania’s customers who visit Gravitacja expect? “Our offer will include 12 top quality bowling lanes, as well as pool tables and conference halls companies will be happy to use. Customers will have a music club with events and concerts, and a fan zone for sports fans. There will also be a cocktail bar and great snacks for the most discerning customers.” The entertainment centre market is more and more saturated, how do you manage to stand out? “We rely on the complementary nature of services. Our facilities are designed in a way that is friendly to all age groups. Parents organise birthday parties for their children on our premises, young people come to karaoke, grown-ups to parties, and companies organise conferences combined with ten-pin bowling. We also rely on design which stands out against our competitors due to the use of modern lighting technology, adapted to different modes of operation of the entertainment centre – by day and by night.” How are you planning to develop your business in the coming years? “In the nearest future we are planning to expand our portfolio by several entertainment centres. Agreements are still being negotiated. I can only say that these are cities with a population exceeding 100,000 inhabitants. Lessees have taken over 65% of the space, 90% of the external elevation of the building has been completed and the final stage of installation of suspended ceilings and lighting in Posnania has commenced. The grand opening is to take place already in October, as planned. The Posnania Centre structure is nearly finished. In less than a month the installation of the elevation will be completed, and by mid-June all installations will be put into operation. The most intensive work is currently being carried out inside the building, where finishing works are underway. Already 65% of the leased area of premises has been handed over to lessees. So far, among others, the following large customers have already taken over their space: Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Helios and Van Graaf. Glass, crystal and interior design at Posnania Intensive work connected with the laying of marble floors is continuing inside the building. The most spectacular elements are installed in the very heart of the facility – the so-called Forum. Between levels, glass stairs are being positioned, designed in such a way that the structure and joining elements are completely invisible. Another characteristic element is the largest crystal lighting installation in Poland. It is made of glass tubes, each 1.5 m long, which will be lit up with RGBW light. The total area of the installation is 260 m2.

Interview with Michał Świerz, founder of Gravitacja Gravitacja Entertainment Centre attracts considerable interest in Katowice and Jaworzno, so why did you choose Wielkopolska and Posnania this time? “Poznań is the capital of Wielkopolska and a very large student centre, a city which combines business and culture, creating excellent conditions for development, recreation and entertainment for its inhabitants. The location and its character is also very important. Posnania itself will be an original centre, most likely bringing together the most fashionable brands available on our market. This will make it a top location for residents, not only for shopping, but also for recreation and entertainment, which today are the biggest attraction.” What attractions may Posnania’s customers who visit Gravitacja expect? “Our offer will include 12 top quality bowling lanes, as well as pool tables and conference halls companies will be happy to use. Customers will have a music club with events and concerts, and a fan zone for sports fans. There will also be a cocktail bar and great snacks for the most discerning customers.” The entertainment centre market is more and more saturated, how do you manage to stand out? “We rely on the complementary nature of services. Our facilities are designed in a way that is friendly to all age groups. Parents organise birthday parties for their children on our premises, young people come to karaoke, grown-ups to parties, and companies organise conferences combined with ten-pin bowling. We also rely on design which stands out against our competitors due to the use of modern lighting technology, adapted to different modes of operation of the entertainment centre – by day and by night.” How are you planning to develop your business in the coming years? “In the nearest future we are planning to expand our portfolio by several entertainment centres. Agreements are still being negotiated. I can only say that these are cities with a population exceeding 100,000 inhabitants. Lessees have taken over 65% of the space, 90% of the external elevation of the building has been completed and the final stage of installation of suspended ceilings and lighting in Posnania has commenced. The grand opening is to take place already in October, as planned. The Posnania Centre structure is nearly finished. In less than a month the installation of the elevation will be completed, and by mid-June all installations will be put into operation. The most intensive work is currently being carried out inside the building, where finishing works are underway. Already 65% of the leased area of premises has been handed over to lessees. So far, among others, the following large customers have already taken over their space: Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Helios and Van Graaf. Glass, crystal and interior design at Posnania Intensive work connected with the laying of marble floors is continuing inside the building. The most spectacular elements are installed in the very heart of the facility – the so-called Forum. Between levels, glass stairs are being positioned, designed in such a way that the structure and joining elements are completely invisible. Another characteristic element is the largest crystal lighting installation in Poland. It is made of glass tubes, each 1.5 m long, which will be lit up with RGBW light. The total area of the installation is 260 m2.
