Personal data may be disclosed to the Company's employees or associates, as well as to entities providing support to the Company on the basis of commissioned services and in accordance with the concluded entrustment agreements. Personal data processed for the aforementioned purpose shall be processed for the period of using the service and for archiving purposes for 10 years. Each person has the right of access to the content of their data and its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to transfer the data or to object to their processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of data processing before its revocation. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. Providing personal data is voluntary.
