Your parcel will be waiting for you in the Premium Lounge basement floor -1. You can collect it during Premium Lounge working hours for seven days from the delivery date. If there is your phone number on the shipment label, we will call you to let you know that it arrived. You can use our changing room and decide whether or not to return the parcel right away. The Premium Lounge staff will help you return the parcel.
